Advantages delivered on time and to preferred room
Disadvantages missing items rendering wardobe useless - still waiting for missing parts
Items delivered fine, but found hanging rails and supports to be missing on wardrobe. After calling and being promised delivery of missing items within a short period of time, 2 months later I am still waiting and am experiencing difficulties reaching their after sales team to find out where said items are (calling after sales is challenging). This experience is disappointing after waiting for the delivery and now have a wardrobe which is in effect useless. Small part of the wardrobe was also damaged (the magnetic strip) although would replace these myself rather than have the hassle of sending back. However, in general the other items (bedside tables, shelves, chest of drawers) are good quality for the money and items were delivered on time and to the room specified.
