My wife and I saw the website for this company and liked the furniture they were advertising, so we went to our nearest store (Milton Keynes) and purchased a sideboard and dining table and chairs. The furniture is delivered by courier company and wil not wait for the items to be checked for any damage.On inspecting the furniture there was damage to one of the chairs and various problems with the sideboard (doors not fitting, warped,drawers twisted). When the company was advised of my problems, I then had to provide photographic evidence of the problems by uploading them to the company, but this isn't good enough, they then get an independant company Homeserve to visit and assess if the damage can be fixed by them. In my case the Homeserve rep said the sideboard needed replacing,fixed the damaged chair and left . A replacement sideboard was delivered two weeks later, which is more damged than the one sent back.Again OakFurniture Land went through the same process but I now have to wait two weeks for Homeserve to call, and then if the sideboard needs replacing again at lease another two weeks for a replacement, which if this is the case will be three months to finish a room which should have took a week. When you complain about delays OakFurniture state they have no control over Homeserve
