Poor service & quality |

After placing an order for a full range of bedroom furniture and waiting several weeks for delivery, which in itself you can understand as it is detailed when you place the order. You can imagine how it felt to receive poorly finished items and missing fixings, which I can not understand especially when the company state that they take stringent quality controls (I would guess that my understanding of quality and theirs would be miles apart). The furniture is completely unusable as it unsafe and would be dangerous to use. The after sales team are unprofessional to put it politely and after multiple phonecalls with promises made being broken I am no closer to resolving the issues. I regret ever placing the order and dealing with this company.

I have made a previous purchase using this company and received normal service and an excellent item. I chose to rate your review higher than normal as this is your first review, however if you choose to update the information offering more insight into the company and its product, I would be happy to return and update my rating.
