I received a side board from this company on monday 13th july , i was a bit apprehensive about ordering furniture off a website , but i was so impressed as the side board was so well packaged highly delighted with my sideboard and would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again . i ordered from the tokyo range polished it with the danish oil that they recommend you use and it looks great . i also phoned them to tell them how pleased i was with the service, packaging etc . as too many people moan at bad service and i feel that people need to know when a good service has been done i will recommend this company to all my freinds and hope that i will use them again soon keep up the good work . ...

sturdy as an oak tree

Advantages: Sturdy
Disadvantages: None that i can think of

This side table is fantastic. Iv'e always loved oak. The table it's self is very sturdy and looks pretty hard wearing (especially when my little neice desides to jump all over it). It looks great in the bedroom or in the dining room (Iv'e had it in both). It also looks stunning if the lights are off and you have a candle or two on it. I recommend this side table to anyone who needs a sturdy table that looks great and is built to last. Also if it gets anything spilt on it which stains or tea rings from hot cups you simply put a piece of grease proof paper or an old cloth over the stain and use a hot iron on it in a circular motion for 10 to 15 seconds and the stain is completely removed. This works on any varnished or painted surface. This means that the side table is practically indistructable and is perfect for people with kids. This ...

Oak furniture delight

Advantages: Measurements, customer service, quality, speed, honest, communication...
Disadvantages: You just keep buying more stuff from them!

The service I've received ever since enquiring with your site has been nothing short of exemplary. I had some questions on delivery with my last order (around £400 I think) which were answered by one of your staff calling me! Not the other way round! The furniture is perfect, and delivered without fuss and at my convenience. I recommended you to a friend of mine, who is looking at purchasing from you before the end of January and I have personally just placed another order for a further piece of furniture to complete my living room.
