I received a side board from this company on monday 13th july , i was a bit apprehensive about ordering furniture off a website , but i was so impressed as the side board was so well packaged highly delighted with my sideboard and would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again . i ordered from the tokyo range polished it with the danish oil that they recommend you use and it looks great . i also phoned them to tell them how pleased i was with the service, packaging etc . as too many people moan at bad service and i feel that people need to know when a good service has been done i will recommend this company to all my freinds and hope that i will use them again soon keep up the good work . ...
Advantages: Measurements, customer service, quality, speed, honest, communication... Disadvantages: You just keep buying more stuff from them!

The furniture is perfect, and delivered without fuss and at my convenience. I bought a solid mahogany bookcase from this site back in early july. It has just been delivered in late september, though the site did state that delivery could take up to 16 weeks on this item. I did have some concerns due to a few reviews where quality was an issue. Now I have the product I have to say that it does look very nice. It is very solid and has nice lines, and it was shipped mostly assembled so I just had to slot the shelves in. Looking closely at this product it is clear that it is not constructed of 'furniture grade' wood - there are natural defects in the wood in just a few places, and these have been sloppily filled with some generic white filler before the item has been stained - generally in non-prominent places, though there is one on the front face of the lowest shelf that I notice at least! One corner of the case ...
