    Advantages Advantages Has some information on Java Programming.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not a practical approach to programming, nor fully compliant to UML standard.

    I've read the paperback 4th edition of this book, which was by far the worst book I've ever read on programming. The book is given plenty of publicity, and computing students are instructed to buy this book. That appears to be the only reason anyone would ever waste money on it, especially since it costs about £40.The book is probably of some use to anyone looking for alternative views on programming structures, but even then it would appear to be targeting an amateur audience, while beginners would prefer something more straightforward and maybe a little bit more practical.
