The NintendoDS 'Lite' is a great portable console that comes in a range of colours for anyone who likes games made by Nintendo and other game makers who are associate with them.
It has two screen's one touch and the other veiw only, this allows games to be more interactive and fun! The amazing thing about the NintendoDS 'Lite' is that its lighter that the orginal (funny enough lol) this makes it more compact and easier to carry about.
Games for the DS and also Gameboy advance games can be played on this console. Gameboy advanced games are inserted through the bottom slot on the NintendoDS. However they do not have touch screen interactivity.

The NintendoDSLite is a handheld games machine thats fun for all the family. it bascilly a portable version of the nintendo WII, instead of a wiimote you have a stylus pen and you use it on the DS touchscreen to control the game. i had my DSlite for a year and its worth every penny. its also got wi-fi tecnology so you can play online with friends and family. there is also a big catalogue of games from kids games to movie tie ins ie g force , ice age 3 . then there is the amazing brain training which is amazing fun then there is mario kart which is fantastic . the nintendodslite is so easy to work. the ds comes with a built in battery and charger, so there is no need to buy batteries which is a great thing its self. ...

My daughter bought one of these when they first came out in ASDA for £100.00. That was on it's own with no games or accessories, but they were new then so that wasn't too bad. You can now get bundles on amazon and ebay with various accessories and games for less than £99.00.
When you buy a nintendoDSlite on their own, compared to the old DS, you can clearly see that it is lighter in weight and had a much more sleek and shiny design. It is very modern looking and is a good small size so you can put it in a glove box in the car, in your pocket or in a handbag with ease so it's easy to carry around with you. When my daughter bought hers, all she got was the DS, two of the stylus's and an instructions manual that told you how to turn the console on and off etc.
The DS's do have a chat room on them, but my daughter hasn't ever been able ...
