I am generally in favour of most oil of olay products, as although they can be pricey, the creams and lipsticks etc. are of a high standard. I therefore was thrilled when they announced a foundation as I presumed (somewhat hastily) that it meant the end of orange jaw lines everywhere. At the counter the assistants tried the various shades on me and I came home with two tubes of the stuff, and could't wait to try it the next day. Although I though the price was a bit much for the amount you recieved, I decided it was worth it. When I came to applying the foundation the next day, I was gutted when I found the foundation was more orangey than ever in the harsh reality of day than it had been when rubbed round my jaw in the soothing lights of a department store. I started to blend it in, but the foundation became streaky, leaving an obvious tangerine line, contrasting with my neck. The more I tried to rub it in (becoming later for work by the minute) the more the foundation started to get worse. In the end I washed it all off and returned thankfully to my usual brand of Max Factor, whilst regretting my wasted cash on those tubes oil of olay that I couldn't wear again. The good thing about the foundation was the bottle, as it was soft plastic that couldn't smash and fit neatly into a makeup bag, but the content was not up to the usual standard, and was very disapointing, especially for the price. My opinion: A good company, lousy product
