This definately smells lush, its' only drawback is its slightly sweet/feminine smell so no good for you men.

That is the only way to decribe Olay's NEW! Moisturising bath foam with the soothing aromatherapic oils of Ylang ylang and Jasmine. As the aromatherapy fans amongst us will know, the Jasmine flower and the Ylang Ylang have been used for centuries- their particular benefits are as the bottle states: Soothing and gentle enough for sensitive skins.
Ylang Ylang is also used to arouse the sensuality in yer..and has a mild seductive sensual smell.. often used to whip a partner or two into a seductive sensual mood ready for the love making. This definately smells lush, its' only drawback is its slightly sweet/feminine smell so no good for you men. I have also found it to be relaxing enough to use as a pre- bedtime treat. But-I hasten to add although ph balanced it is not sadly, for the perfume rashered/shysters amongst us-for I note that some ciaoers have had itchiness- due I suspect to it's perfume. However it states on the bottle; PH balanced soothing and for sensitive skin. Which is why when I used it I didn't have a certain misgiving horror and I needn't have worried. I had no rash, even after 10 uses of the stuff. It's dermatolgically approved. So hopefully it's ok for your skin, too.
OLAY PRODUTS GENERALLY.........
I have always used Olay's moisturising creams and products eversince I first started my moisturising regime...not exactly modern it's been around for over 4 decades but sniff ye not! It maybe an old woman's stuff to some of yer, but you can't go wrong with it. Always classy yet simple and now that It's become the standard European OLAY and no longer the ulay name it once was. certianly got a cosmopolitan wider appeal feel now.
So,- what else can I say? I'm usually too mean to spend my pennies that often, preferring to sniff out the bargains in good old Asda's or Superdrugs but I do like me luxury every so often. 'specially with two teens and a pre teen taking up the bathroom space and privacy of a morning noon and night. So- Doo-wot?! when do I get time to pamper meself?
Well, you should. And if it's just not happening then it shopuld- it's important as a home maker, wife, mother general skivvy and part time mystery shopper that I treat myself more and more. And you should too.
PRICE....
But this aint very cheap! Not the most expensive but expensive enough to put it on the list of "pampering myself "product time. For £3.43 you do get a nice 500ml quantity though. And as the cheesy L'oreal ad says;...'cos yer worth it. And you are.- So- bath away.
LOOK...CONSISTANCY...FEEL...LATHER...?
I used this when I felt a bit yak and in need of pampering so when I flipped open the white plastic all over flip-top lid the smell was luxuriously inviting and quite sensuous and erotic. The hint of Jasmine is very gentle and quite sweet so a bloke might not want to use this-the moisturising effects adds to the creamy rich lather which bubbles up nicely when poured directly into the flowing bath tap. The color is a pure white which is a plus in my book...can't stand artificial colors on my skin.
As I stepped into my bath,I discovered a silky feel ravelling all around me under foot which nicely moisturises and softens all over. The texture is smooth and quite thick;feels as creamy silk and the effect was very pleasing as a galaxy of erotic relaxation overcame me I felt relaxed seduced and feminine thanks to the sweet perfumed white lather. And I discovered more importantly, after my bath I felt nicely but gently cleansed with a silky feel all over . Nice not to have dried up wrinkled old skin!
The larg-ish white bottle would last quite awhile especially as used for luxury momments and not for everyday use-well-you may-but I wouldn't like to waste it on every day use.
THE REAL TEST:
For me the crowning test for a liquid bath foam soap of whatever price and standard has to be: "But what state does it leave the bath in? " Whilst some bath soap products leave a thick scum whilst others make the bath greasy /dull, I can happily say that Olay's not only leaves the bath in pristine conditon but doesn't dull the shine either. Test Number two comes in the shape of "How dry/tight does my skin feel after the bath?
Happily I can report that my skin feels moisturised and rehydrated-not at all tight dry or itchy.. So there you have it. I've ranged the overall tests like so:
PACKAGING : Very Good 9/10
(because it is not bio-degradeable,otherwise this would have had a 10/10)
PERFUME: Very Good 9/10
GENTLE : Very good. No rash No dryness/itch. 10/10
FEEL : Gorgeous. 9/10
MOISTURISING PROPERTIES: 10/10
OVERALL PRODUCT: 9/10
OVERALL VALUE/PRICE : A Good sized bottle- hence 9/10
EASE OF PLACES TO FIND IT? 10/10

Cheers for the read, and do excuse me whilst I return to my pampering and run a nice deep hot bath...............
Advantages: very bubbley Disadvantages: none i can find
...bubbles.
I first tried Oil of olay moisturising bath foam about a year ago when I borrowed some of my mums, and I thought it was great. You dont have to use too much because it foams up really well to make a bath full of bubbles which last along time. I have found that with some foam baths the bubbles dont last very long before you are left with just plain water. This left my skin feeling lovely and soft.
This bath foam is made by oil of olay which ... ...squirl on the front with oil of olay written in big letters and Moisturising Bath foam written in smaller letters. It has a flip up lid. I got my bottle from Wilkinsons and it cost £1.99 but I have seen it in supermarkets and chemists for around the same price. I have also seen it available in gift sets along with a body wash which would make a great christmas gift. It has a consistency the similar to hair shampoo, and is a creamy white colour.

...actually penetrate the skin (mineral oil molecules are too large). I would therefore strongly suggest that anyone who uses this for the first time should do a sensitivity test first (rub a little of the product on a unobtrusive patch of skin and leave for as long as possible). On a purely personal note, I really didn't like the smell of this product at all; it reminded me of rather cheap fabric conditioner! ...

Advantages: Smells lovely and very long lasting Disadvantages: none
Another excellent product from the Oil of Olay range is the moisturising bath foam. Great for sensitive skins, it is dermatologically tested and 100% soap free.
This product smells similar to the body wash from Olay and it really does go a long way. Just one squirt creates a bath full of bubbles that you just won't want to get out of. I usually use the bath foam and the body wash together as they compliment each other nicely. Ideally a women's bath ...

...was first introduced to the oil of olay moisturising foam bath a few years a go when my daughter brought me a gift set that included it. It is dermatologically tested and is 100% soap free. It comes in a plastic bottle which is similar to that of a shampoo bottle. This product smells similar to the body wash from Olay. The picture on the front of the bottle is lilac, compared to the pink label on the body wash bottle. Only a small amount needs to ... ...after using it.
The oil of olay moisturising foam bath can be brought from supermarkets or chemists. It can be brought on its own or it is also available in a package with the body wash as well. Prices will vary depending on where you get it from but it costs me around £1.40.
I have been using this for a few years now and I am not thinking of changing it just yet. My daughters also like to use it. ...

Advantages: loads of bubbles Disadvantages: dry itchy skin
Olays moisturising foam bath was one of my bargains - it was on special offer in sainsbury's so i bought it thinking mmmm pampering session! Unfortunatley this so called moisturising bath foam was an utter waste of my money - it left me with skin that felt rather dry and slightly itchy! The smell was really very pleasant - nothing very special but not too overpowering. You did get a lot of creamy bubbles for a small amount of the stuff. Unfortunatly ...
