The Oil of Olay beauty fluid is well worth trying if you like to buy your beauty products from the less designer end of the market. The saying goes that you get what you pay for but this actually is not the case when it comes to this product.
The beauty fluid is sold in a variety of sizes and you can pick up a small bottle in shops like Tescos or Superdrugs for just under two pounds.
I find the synthetic pink colour slightly off putting, put this is just a personal thing, but it has a pleasant smell that is totally non chemical smelling.
The fluid is easily absorbed into the skin, even in dry areas. I have a combination skin and finds it works well for me. It leaves my face feeling smooth and moisturises, but not greasy. I use it daily under make up and think that it is a great day cream – however, I do not think it is strong enough to use as a night cream and I do use a separate eye cream, so feel unable to comment about its effectiveness in this area.
I love some of the more expensive beauty products, but do feel that this is well worth the money and does a good job. And as it is so reasonably priced, I would recommended others give it a go. If you feel that you don’t like it on your face, it also makes a great hand cream!!
