After hearing alot about Oki ni i decided to purchase from their site. The clothes arrived and were excellent athough delievery is very slow. To my amazement i had been overcharged for an item. After numerous attempts to contact 'customer services' for a refund I was sent an email 5 days late saying it was not possible without an explanation or alternative. The Oki Ni shopping experience is definatly one to stay away from. Lack of communication and poor very poor customer service is one to stay away from. Many better online sites i have used in the past. Really is a shame. ...

Advantages: You'll never meet someone wearing the same item as you (only 30 of each product are produced)!, Stunning "gallery" to view products Disadvantages: Relatively high premium, around 30-60% than the equivalent designer product, rather slow delivery and web-site
