Oki-ni (thank you in a dialect from Osaka) is a gallery and online shop specialising in limited edition streetwear. Everything Oki-Ni sells is special - the company collaborates with both high profile and credible labels and makes a maximum of 30 pieces. Customers can visit one of the Oki-Ni's four galleries (Savile Row London, Cruise Flannels in Glasgow, Leeds and Nottingham) where there are no checkouts, just little silver laptops, so that all orders go through the website and you choose whether you want goods delivered to your home or to the gallery.
The store sells limited-edition items of clothing from major and minor brands on line. The garments are familiar but virtually unique. The London shop provides a physical space for customers to try on clothes, which can then be ordered on line, either on the spot by a shop assistant or from any internet-connected computer. Products are accompanied by information booklets. The atmosphere is not intimidating, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The Oki-Ni formula is a neat marriage of anonymous technology and personalised attention, and in true Savile Row tradition, it elevates the act of purchasing into a ritual. In deference to that all-important sense of expectation that goes with having to wait before getting your hands on a collector's item, the pace is carefully measured: no matter what the destination, delivery of the final article takes at least three days.
Designers include: Addidas (Nile Carp Skin Rod Laver's), Evisu, Levis, Fake London, Paul Smith, and Philip Treacey. Prices Range from around £50-500. As would be expected, quality of garments is extremely high due to the hand finishing, and specialised fabrics used.
For those who are serious about fashion and what they wear, this shop is a must - Naomi Campbell, and Paul Weller are a couple of the many celebrities who have induldged in the Oki-Ni experience. If you want to treat yourself to a special collector's item that you will enjoy, this is the place to be heading for!
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
I wavered between FH and H because this reads more like an advertisement than a personal opinion. I would like to know what items you have bought and did they wear and wash well.

Sound like a nice place to shop but since I'm Canadian it would be too expensive for me to buy anything here. ~Lyla~
