Normally, when it comes to buying facial products I am quite lazy. I don't really look too much into it I will just buy whatever is cheapest. However, lately my skin has not been in its best state compared to how it usually looks so I decided on my last shop to have a closer look at the products I was picking up. I can never have enough face wipes, I use them every morning and every night. I generally buy whatever is on offer or whatever takes my fancy when shopping. I've recently been using these Olay gentle cleansing wipes. The wipes come in a pale blue packet with a peel back sticky tab to keep the wipes fresh and moist. This peel back tab works well on this packaging, I've found no matter how many times I open and close the tab it will always stick back down and keep the wipes nice and fresh. These wipes were a bit of an emergency purchase. I was going away for a few days and on the way I realised I hadn't packed any cleanser. Considering I have lots of different cleansers at home, I didn't want anything too expensive, so opted for wipes. I chose these Olay wipes because at just £1 they were just about the cheapest ones available. The wipes are described as being gentle and are suitable for dry, normal or combination skin. I have pretty much tried every facial cleanser on the market but I have to say that I do prefer facial wipes over a bottled cleanser as they are convenient, easy to use, create no mess and I love that you can see all the dirt and grime from the day’s events on the wipe after use which proves their worth. At the moment I have Olays Daily Facials Cleansing Wipes. I chose these purely because they were on offer at the time but the general retail price for a pack is around the £3.99 mark, which isn’t cheap but for a leading brand such as Olay, it isn’t bad either. I use a variety of different sorts of moist facial wipes to remove my make up. I don’t think I’m particularly loyal to one brand, but I like to swap and change and love to pick up bargains when they are on offer, such as three for two etc. The Olay Gentle Facial wipes usually cost about £3.99 but they were half price in Savers so I bought two packs.
