within the Regenerist base line. Olay Regenerist regenerates skin's appearance without such drastic measures as chemical peels, cosmetic surgery or lasers. Clinical tests prove that amino-peptides help regenerate damaged skin. Now Olay Regenerist uses this technology to beautifully regenerate skin's appearance by renewing its outer layer, revealing newer skin. Regenerist Daily Regenerating Serum uses a concentrated form of an exclusive amino-peptide complex and combines it with Olay moisture to offer the maximum regeneration and hydration within the Regenerist line. This formula leaves your skin feeling velvety smooth and is designed for everyday use.
Advantages: makes skin sofer Disadvantages: bit runny, not enough beads to make it an exfoliant

I paid £6.50 for this at boots which seemed a bit pricey to me but then again maybe it was the cheap products I was using that were causing my skin problems in the first place! The face wash is white and fairly runny but it does feel nice on your skin. It has little tiny beads in to exfoliate your skin. ... ...it is supposed to be a gentle face wash so that is probably intentional, I just like to be able to feel something is working (if that makes sense!). It has a nice smell, not very strong so it didn't irritate my skin and it rinsed of easily.
My skin did feel a bit softer after using this for a while and it didn't feel dry/tight after using it like it does with soap based products. However it didn't while improving my skin it didn't ... more
Over the years I have come to the conclusion that I have very strange skin. I am 26 years old and still suffer with spots almost as badly as I did when I was a teenager. I also get very dry patches on my face and arms. How I can be spotty/oily and dry all at the same time is a mystery to me, but I seem to manage it! I also have sensitive skin and most things with strong perfumes make me go all red, blotchy and itchy. As you can imagine that along with the spots and dry skin make a very attractive combination. Does anyone have a paper bag I could borrow...?

My skin did feel a bit softer after using this for a while and it didn't feel dry/tight after using it like it does with soap based products. However it didn't while improving my skin it didn't do anything to help my spots and I still had some dry skin. Still one of the best face washes I have tried so far so if you don't have such problem skin I'm sure it would work very well for you. If you do have more problem skin I would really recommend you try Olay's Thermal Skin Polisher, as that worked much better for me.
Advantages: skin feels really good, nice smell and texture, lasts for ages Disadvantages: price (but worth it)
I have very problem skin, spotty in places and very dry in others. I also have fairly sensitive skin and cannot use anything which contains strong perfumes. I have been searching a very long time for something that would help and I think I may finally have found it!
I had been using the OlayRegeneristDailyRegeneratingCreamwash which had made some improvement in my skin. It was feeling softer but I still had some dry patches and was still a bit spotty, which let's face it at 26 years old is not a good look. I saw this Thermal Skin Polisher next to the CreamWash in Boots for £7.50. It was a little more expensive but I had a gift voucher so I thought I may as well give it a try, that's the kinda care free crazy gal I am?!
The polisher/scrub is light purple colour and has a think consistency with lots of tiny bits/granules in it ...
