Since last August I have not been able to access my account, email after email is sent and I get nowehere. I am always given the same story about my account not being registered - well if that was the case how on earth could I have used it for 2 months before? Its always saying when I try and log in 'your email address is already registered' "HELLO?", I know, I registered it! But the response's you get are hopeless and end up keep going round in circles constantly. Online service is amazing too - you get quick answers through emails and everything is done correctly. Even when you request a collection with Littlewoods they come almost the next day and the goods you return show on your account within 3 days. With Parcelnet and Oli it takes upto 14 days for them to get back to the warehouse I was told.
Anyway getting back to OLI.CO.UK, I am seriously gonna have to finish with them altogether as cant be doing with them. My lastest escapade with them is that I was entitled to a discount as was sent a text to my phone saying if placed an order on this particular day I would save 25%. So was I drawn in, of course I was! I didn't receive my discount even though code was stated at time of order, so phoned after receiving my statement. They told me I didn't qualify for the offer as my order was placed the day after, even though on my statement the order was showing for the date of the promotion - just how brainless is this!
I believe they are a sister company of Freemans catalogue too, well let me tell you. I have shopped with Freemans in the past too and experienced exactly similar situations. They really have no idea as a company!
No, I'm sorry Oli, gonna have to say good riddence to bad rubbish.
Advantages: they have a pretty website - thats it Disadvantages: They can not deliver anything - customer services is slow and painful!!
...where do I begin!! Oli may offer you the world but they will certainly not deliver!
I have wasted a lot of time with Oli! I have still not even received my order.
Ordering - I had to register twice and set up two accounts because when I went back to order a second item that I'd found it said my account had been declined? I'd given over all my card details etc which are fine apparently an account takes 24 hours to action? Never had this before!. ... ...thought showed I was keen to buy from.
Delivery - They will tell you the item is in stock and then they give you the luxury of specifying the day you would like it to be delivered which I thought great I'll get it delivered to my home address - It never turned up!. Turns out on Monday when I phoned after staying in to wait for it that the order hadn't even been processed?? No Email to explain or an apology - so now my parcel is going ot be delivered ...

Advantages: None Disadvantages: I am worse off financially and don't even look good to make up for it!
I recently placed an order with oli.co.uk - never again. They triplicated the order, I received 3 boxes containing the same items 4 days after the specified delivery date. I had to wait in for the courier to come and collect the surplus, then found I had been charged 3 times!! When I rang their 'customer service' (don't make me laugh) line I was told it takes up to 3 weeks for the refund to go through (but funnily enough they can take your money ... ...credit card while they get around to my refund. When I pointed this out as well as all the other inconvenience (not to mention left holding on the phone for 10 mins while they messed around) I got the answer "sorry, there's nothing we can do". Nice customer service. Just to add insult to injury the tops weren't even that good, they are all too short and shrunk quite badly despite being washed as recommended in the care label.

...something nice. I had seen Oli advertised in fashion magazines and thought I would give them a try.
I ordered a dress and picked my delivery slot. I arranged for my boyfriend to be at home to recieve the dress. However, the dress did not arrive during the scheduled time. When I later arrived home from work it still had not arrived. I did call Oli 'Customer Services' and they informed me that my dress was coming from a new depot so there would probably ... ...same thing happened. I rang Oli 'Customer Services' to tell them that the courier was not leaving any details and I needed to reschedule the delivery time. They said they could not do that as they did not have any contact with the couriers. I questioned this as I found this to be very strange and difficult to believe. I was told it was all computerised and they were not allowed to contact the courier directly. I then enquired what will happen to ...

oli is the worst shopping experience ever, the customer service is non existant, I have found myself hanging up on them a few times because they either have no clue, lying to me or rude and don't give a damn!
i am so angry and even though the clothes on the website are all lovely i will not be shopping with them ever again once is enough!
i ordered a dress from the internet and waited for it to come as it stated it would be a next day delivery, ... ...a problem with the money as the card i had used was not registered to the delivery address, the letter telling me this arrived a week later! i agreed to get it delivered to the address that the card was registered to, i had to then ring up a couple of times to check on it and found out the money was still not released!
but they had put me to the front of the credit control list.
the dress finally came to the address i had first stated , but on ...

I wish I'd found these reviews _before_ I tried to shop wih Oli. I placed an order last Wednesday for a pair of trousers to wear to a wedding Friday this week. The trousers were due to be delivered tomorrow. TODAY I received this e-mail:
Unfortunately your order has not been processed.
A letter of explanation will arrive shortly through the post. Due to the level of security offered by e-mail we are unable to advise in more detail why your order ... ...may cause.
If you have a credit or debit card, you are able to purchase these products from us by visiting our website or calling our orderline. Now, I did use my card in the first place . No problem with my account and they hadn't even taken the money. My real complaint is this, why were they so slow telling me there was a problem? If I had known before the weekend I might have had time to hit the shops. But now I have three evenings after work ...
