In my opinion the HP 350XL printcartridge is good value for money. It provides a high quality print everytime on a variety of different papers and lasts a really long time. I definately think it is worth while buying the XL cartridges as they work out cheaper in the long run. I bought this product when printing my dissertation at university and despite the fact that it was over 200 pages long and i had to make 2 copies the cartridge lasted the whole time as well as having some ink left over. The ink was also quick drying so it was very smudge resistant even on glossy paper. I would recommend this product to anyone who is thinking of buying a black ink cartridge for their HP printer. ...

Quality Ink = Quality photographs. It is as simple as that. This ink is fantastic and to my surprise it lasts for a great deal of time to be honest. I have printed far too many photographs to count with this cartridge on photographic paper, with the photographic printing turned on (hence, meaning a lot more ink is used), and the cartridge is only half empty. That puts a smile on my face :O).
Honestly, though, it is a great cartridge to use, the printing time is a joke. Really. It takes like 4 minutes to print one photograph, why...once again I have no idea.
Besides that, the quality is great, it dries up super fast for photo ink and the price...well...it's not cheap! It is around 35 GBP from the HP website last time I checked and about 28 GBP from my local Tesco ...

This printcartridge is designed for use with the Hewlett Packard P 700, 800, 900 and 1100 series of Deskjet printers. We have a couple of 840C printers at my work place and we get through a fair amount of these HP45 cartridges!
The HP45 is a black ink cartridge with a 42ml capacity. The lifespan on this cartridge will vary greatly according to the printing mode and resolution used on the printer.
This toner will retail at around the £20-£22 mark depending on which supplier you use.
The cartridge comes in a small cardboard package. It is held in place by a cardboard surround that can sometimes be a bit of a battle to remove, depending on which way up you open the packaging!
