I purchased this printer as part of a promotional package from COMET. Purchasing a scanner and printer for less than £100.00.

Performance of the printer is OK -
Speed is good
Colour is OK - although definition is a little on the budget side.
Ease of installation is very good, with an excellent manual, very clearly laid out and understandable.

However the very best sales feature must be the after sales support offered by olivetti. 11 months and 20 days after purchase my printer developed a fault. I advised the company directly by phone, the very next day my old printer was collected and replaced by a new one. Having rushed I had forgotten to remove the paper feed tray - the very next day the tray was posted back to me.

Very well done Olivetti.

But please make the ink cheaper.
