Being an avid photographer it took me a long time to plunge from 35mm to digital, and longer again to go from SLR to compact... however I struck gold when I made this purchase.
My poor digital slr has taken a back seat to this convenient, compact and easy to use olympus. Its easy to use as a point and shoot but also great if you like to play with your images and use manual settings
The image quality, even at full zoom, is excellent, infact I have recenty had a couple pics enlarged to 22x28. The quality is great, no pixelation just clear sharp images. It even managed to take excellent pics of the recent lunar eclipse.
I'd recommend this camera to anyone who wants to take good quality pics that they can enlarge and print.
