Olympus Camedia C-840L

For some considerable time I have debated about buying, and my need, for a Digital Camera. Recently I had a friend over from Japan who brought an Olympus C-840L Digital Camera. After watching her, and using the camera myself, I decided to take the plunge. My wife and I went to several functions, me accompanied by my trusty camera. Taking photographs was relatively easy, but best of all, if a mistake was made I could delete that particular one and retake imediately rather than wait for them being developed and then being disapointed, as I have been in the past. One grave mistake i did make when deleting photos I had downloaded, was to press the wrong button and delete all the photos, even those I had not downloaded. Still, from my short experience with this camera, I am convinced that I have not wasted any money on my Olympus. Further, the software provided with the camera is very easy to install and use.
