    This camera has a lot of good points. It's small, attractive, very easy to use, and it's also pretty fast / responsive. Overall, I'm delighted with it. (And I'm generally hard to please). I chose this camera over newer models. And I am glad I did. I wouldn't swap it. As I don't think this camera will require upgrading for a long time. It has a few flaws which i will mention at the bottom, but it's such a good alround camera, it keeps all five stars. The camera has 8 megapixels. I find this perfectly adequate for average use.     Advantages Advantages Great Zoom, 8 fantastic scene modes, face detection, Good battery

    This was a birthday present that I picked for myself and I don't regret it. The zoom is amazing, I can get a clear picture from about 100 metres away if not further. Before taking the picture, when zooming far it does look very blurry but it sorts itself out when taking the photo and comes out clear. The camera can be a little slow when taking the picture but it doesn't bother me but might be a problem if you want to take the photo quickly. I have shakey hands so I do sometimes have a problem with taking a photo without it being a little blurred. Whether the camera should help with that or not ... more

    This camera is fantastic. It takes really good pictures and is simple & easy to use. It also looks very professional and comes in a few different colours (mine is black). I took this camera on holiday with me and it survived sand, water, being bashed about in my beach bag, going out at night time etc. It really is worth the money. Especially as I bought mine from Tesco in the sale for £90. I can't fault it!

    I adore the body, its like strong, metal, tough. But the features are totally poor! The flash light is poor during night, your skin will looks very dark. The video is also poor because the sound is not great and sometimes I cannot use the zoom for video but sometimes the zoom really works. It serve many picture features according to your needs,but I don't think they really produce a picture like its features. But the only thing I love from the camera is the smile picture, it capture 3 photos in a row. What I love from olympus is the night mode. When you hold the button, you shake the camera ... more

    I couldn't be more satisfied... i was actually looking for Sony cybershot W120 but this beauty caught me offguard. Its slim, and has all the right features in one package like 8 MP, 5 x optical zooming, ISO sensitivity upto 3200 (Auto / Manual) lithuim battery and slim metallic body. My best buy of yr 2008 no doubt.
