This Olympus FE-5000 with Resolution: 10 Megapixels, Optical Zoom: 5x and LCD: 2.7" with 16 shooting modes is a remarkable piece of equipment. it is sleek and stylish and will fit easily in your pocket.This is one of the cheaper digital cameras from the world famous brand. It has a great lens, which really helps in low light conditions. Its lens can capture light very efficiently. flash is pretty powerful for its size.
Overall i would say if you have the budget to get one of these and you don't want to compromise the quality of your pictures, don't hesitate just go for it.
Here's something that might interest you:
All shutter delay times were about standard. A single photo took 0.32 seconds while five clocked 15.08 seconds. With flash, times were 0.55 seconds for one photo and 16.09 seconds for five.

This is a good quality product that offers good value for money in the very short term. Although as with most electronic products, the value will deteriorate over time and should be able to get a cheaper version next year. It's a great little device with plenty of features that I would highly recommend. This really is a wonderful piece of kit that should go well with many accessories because it really looks good. However, always think carefully as to whether you actually really need something before you buy it. We buy so many things nowadays that we don't really need.

Digital memory is in the form of an Olympus XD Picture card, again, pro's & con's with this, Cards are small & easily sourced, I find them reasonably priced at around £18 for a 1Gb card, this will store around:
286 super high quality photos
840 High Quality Photos
2129 standard quality(1)
9999 standard quality(2)
The flash that comes as part of the camera works well enough, and there is a dock in the top for an external flash.
The camera comes with a remote control which has one function - it tells the camera to take a photo, this can be used up to 5 metres.
The C-5000 Zoom comes with photo editing software, which I have found easy to use.
Overall I have really enjoyed using this camera & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, who like me is a relative novice with cameras. ...
