Olympus Superzoom 80 S

Advantages: Easy to use
Disadvantages: Doesn't have a lot of fancy features

...I have just purchased the Olympus Superzoom 80G camera about a week go, there was nothing really wrong with my old one - but it was a bit old, didn't have a zoom and the red eye reduction wasn't great. I didn't want to spend a lot on a camera because I only really use them on holiday, and don't want to worry about losing or breaking it too much. So, while browsing on the Jessops website I found the Olympus superzoom 80G. It looked good so I decided at £24.99 I would go for it. Then my mum went into a Jessops shop, rather than waiting for it to be delivered. When she went in the store she couldn't see it anywhere so she asked and they had it behind the counter at about £50. She then mentioned that on the website it was £24.99 so they gave her it for that price which was good! I have seen this priced at most other places... Read review

...Olympus Superzoom 800S compact camera as its name say is compact. It is easy to use. It has decent zoom it retracts automatically when you slide the lense cover across. Its compact size makes it ideal for travelling. It can be carried in you bag or you can carry it even in your pocket. It come with 38-80 mm zoom. It has built in flash.It is 8 megapixcel camera. Its features include auto film load, rewind forward. It has self timer, LCD display, red eye reduction.It come withbatteries and strap and easy to understand instructions. ...This is an awesome camera. The Olympus Superzoom 800S has a 35 - 80 mm zoom, which is excellent. Some of the functions it includes are: red eye reduction, programmed electronic shutter, active type autofocus system, auto film load/rewind/forward, built in flas, self timer, LCD display, silver in colour, looks absolutely fantastic. It also has one year warranty when bought new. It costs about £99 new, which is excellent value. The pictures it takes are fantastic, with the zoom function working exceptionally well to take close-ups.
