Bought this as a secondary camera last week (didn't want to lug around my SLR for nights out!). Have played with it over the xmas party season and have found it to be an all round easy to use camera. It's well built and has a host of features which is great but it does have some flaws.

Mainly, the write time to the memory card is quite slow (up to 4 seconds depending on conditions), the flash is overpowering at anything under 1.5 metres which makes the subject look washed out, and the sound recording in video mode is quite poor, dipping up and down on volume levels.

Good points are the way the camera handles, it's ease of use, and the durability and ruggedness of it.

Generally a good camera, particularly for capturing those drunken nights. Don't have to worry about beer spillages etc.
