One for the DVD Player

Advantages: A different take on a musician on the road, amusing and touching
Disadvantages: None!

Introduction Glenn Tilbrook used to be a pretty big fish in the music business. Thirty years ago he was a member of Squeeze, a band hailed at their peak as "the next Beatles". However the band last tasted chart success in the mid 1990s and broke up in 1999 leaving Tilbrook facing the launch of a solo career in middle age. Travelling compactly

Advantages: Folds up compactly, bright colours, use as a cot or play pen
Disadvantages: Thin mattress base

~*~*~INTRODUCTION~*~*~ My mother in law wanted to buy a travel cot when my son was born as she will be looking after him when I go back to work. We looked around on the internet and when she saw the Graco compact she decided that was the one, she loved that it was nice and bright and thought my son would enjoy playing in there as well as sleeping. We ordered it from Kiddicare but unfortunately they have stopped selling it. A Traveler-Friendly DVD Player

Advantages: Ideal for travelers
Disadvantages: Battery has low powertime capacity

Traveling used to be a hard time for me and my hubby when we bring our two kids with us. The backseat of the car had always been so noisy. The kids just fight over nonsense things and oftentimes I had to yell just to stop them from fighting. A long travel with the family members must be fun but the screaming kids at the backseat were so hard to put off. Last summer, we agreed to go to a 2-week camping. Before packing anything, I had to address a serious issue; the screaming kids at the backseat of my car. My two boys are lovely and they are great (every mom will say that). It?s just that one would not stop teasing the other when we?re on a long journey. No matter how they promised to behave, they would end up fighting and screaming. Then I decided to buy Philips PET740 portable DVD player hoping it would solve the problem ...
