This stylish yet practical remote is simple and easy to use. Its slick, black, polished layout gives it an undeniable appeal. It is essentially just a remote, however it can offer so many different functions, that it is a must for anyone with a plethora of digital equipment such as; Televisions, VCR's. DVD's, Satellite boxes, and even Amplifiers.

From my experience it saves you a lot of hassle in finding all the different remotes for each appliance and is very simplistic to use, and set up, with a set code in the instruction manual for every different imaginable piece of electronic kit, and their retrospective makes. Another appealing factor about this remote is the ability to tune it in to several different TV's for example, as well as all the other devices if you wanted. That means that you could basically use this remote for every different appliance right the way through your house. This could even go to the extent of light switches if desired! The main disadvantage of this product is the fact that despite being easy to use the remote will not always have all the functions of your old remote, despite there being a button for it on the One For All remote itself?? However this is easily solved by the direct learning feature that is available to use, where the remote can learn individual commands from another remote through the infra-red light. This is providing your old remote is not broken of course, which is quite often the reason for buying a new remote, which may diminish the quality of the remote for its users.

Overall this is a very good remote for somebody looking to combine all their different remotes as it will effortlessly store them all on the one remote. On the other hand if you are looking for this remote to replace your old singular remote then this is probably not for you as there is most likely cheaper alternatives and may even not work as i found out when I tried to look at the TV guide!
