I buy lots of different brands of natural yoghurt because I just buy them from which ever shop I am using at the time. I buy shops own brand and also branded ones. This yoghurt is one that I buy quite often. I opt for a pot of the natural more often than not because I can then add any fruit I have at home at the time.

The yoghurt comes in a sturdy plastic tub, it has a transparent lid so that once the pull back strip has been removed, the lid can be placed back onto the pot to keep it fresh etc. The pot just has the name on the front and blue and white colours. It can be easily spotted on the fridge shelf.

The yoghurt is a white colour, it is quite a thick consistency and not too runny. It is kind of set like a yoghurt. It has a slight sweet smell to it and one that is quite pleasant and not a sickly smell. It is really easy to pour from the pot or spooned out of the pot. The texture is really soft and smooth. I just usually pour a small amount into a dish.

It has a very nice taste, it doesn't actually taste sweet at all considering it has a slight sweet smell. I find it isn't a bland taste at all. More often than not, I eat it with fruit. It tastes really delicious eaten with a sliced banana or sliced strawberries. I just like to eat it with my favourite fruits to give it a more added flavour and fruits of my choice. With the added fruit, it does taste much better, if you don't like natural yoghurt, it is worth buying because with the fruit you do like, it then has a more nicer taste in my opinion.

This yoghurt is also nice to use instead of milk to pour over cooked potatoes and use instead of milk. I often use it to mash my potatoes if I am making a cottage pie or a fish pie. It gives the potato a really creamy, soft texture and a change from milk or butter.

It is a fat free yoghurt, so more healthier than one with added fats. It is ideal if you are on a diet or healthy eating plan or just want to cut down on a few calories.

The size is 450g, and I bought my last one for only a £1, I think this is a good price for a branded natural yoghurt. Some are priced a lot more but this one is very good value for money.

This size pot is designed to give 3 servings, this amount of servings does depend on how much of the yoghurt you use each time. I have had more than 3 servings from this size pot. Once opened it can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, so quite a good amount of days if you want to just eat it the next day or the few days later. I eat a lot of yoghurt so mine only lasts until the next day of opening.

It is suitable for vegetarians too. It is gluten free, so if you have an allergy to gluten this one would be suitable. Also it contains no artificial preservatives, colours of flavourings. It also contains cows milk.

Per 100g, it contains just 46 calories, I think this is a really good amount for anyone on a diet plan. Added with fruit, it can be eaten at breakfast time or any time of the day and not too many calories used from your daily allowance. This yoghurt is really filling, especially eaten with fruit. I often eat it if I am feeling hungry in between meals. It fills me perfectly.

I also like to eat it with a teaspoon of lemon curd, I mix the curd into the yoghurt and then just crush 2 ginger nut biscuits over the top and the lemon gives it a really nice different taste. Also the ginger nut biscuits give it a nice crunch topping. I also sometimes sprinkle a flake over the top, these 2 toppings are 2 of my favourite toppings but you can sprinkle any of your favourite chocolate or biscuits to give an extra taste.

I love this yoghurt. It is very good quality for the price. I highly do recommend it if you are wanting a nice tasting yoghurt. I will continue to buy it in the future because it gives me all the taste which I expect from a branded yoghurt.

The pot can also be recycled after use. I often just wash the pot and use it for my craft days with my little grandson. The pots come in very handy to make things and a good way of recycling them to use for entertaining the little ones and having fun times together.

I give this yoghurt 5 stars.

Thank you for reading my review and I hope it has been of some help.
