Great price, poor quality

Advantages: Good spec for the price
Disadvantages: Very poor build quality, poor customer service, time-consuming

PC Specialist seem to be really good value for money in relation to their specifications however the likelihood of having to spend so much more on righting their faults makes the overall cost huge. Their team aren't very helpful and do not sound at all interested on the phone. Beware poor quality Loo seats/fittings from Bathstore.com

Advantages: Looks sylish at first.....
Disadvantages: Very poor loo seat fixings. VERY, VERY POOR QUALITY LOO SEAT MATERIAL USED..

BE Direct- Excellent on all counts!! Thank you.

Advantages: Efficient Service and Very Competitive Prices
Disadvantages: None what so ever.

All I can say is that my experience with this company has been an absolute pleasure and I would recommend anyone to consider using BE Direct before any other on line store. My experience with trying to purchase from Bennetts on line for example was atrocious and these big companies like Bennetts and Boots could learn a few things from BE Direct and their courteous and super efficient staff (Aron-Anita!) .
