Atrocious service.

Advantages: Prices, Choice.
Disadvantages: Poor build quality. Customer Service has no knowledge of computers. Money-grabbing thieves.

This company is atrocious. In February 2009, a year ago today, I purchased a computer for 585 GBP and since March 2009 it's been nothing but hell. Firstly, I started to experience a vast array of errors, by this I mean over 15 different separate errors all relating to a hardware fault within the computer, such as faulty RAM, faulty Motherboard etc. At this point I wrote to their technical support asking what to do and what do they do? Go by the textbook. ...
...to ask me if i've turned it on and off again, OF COURSE I HAVE. Then they take me through the routine, and it ends with me formatting the HDD and re-installing the OS, not too shabby for a month old PC, eh? After this it managed to work for a few weeks until it started crashing and BSOD'ing on me. Again, the error codes lead towards hardware faults. So I call them up and what do they say? Mississippi Bath Screen

Advantages: Looks good
Disadvantages: Unstable and dangerous.

I recently purchased a bath screen in B&Q's clearance offers. It didn't specify the original price but at £50 it seemed reasonable for the purpose I needed it for - upgrading a bathroom in the house I had inherited from my mother and intended to rent. The tradesman who fitted it, needed to drill holes in tiles to affix hinges on the screen. He pointed out the screen was unstable and demonstrated to me and subsequent others it was not only dangerous ...

We recently purchased a bath and toilet etc from our local branch and was blown away by NO 1 the in store service was second to none, No 2 the delivery was spot on and No3 the after sales was fab. Cheer Someone Up Cheaply

Advantages: Low Prices, Easy Ordering, Good Quality
Disadvantages: Postal Issues affect Lower Price Orders

I've ordered flowers from Tesco online a few times over the years and received them as presents too. express bi folding doors where worth every penny

Advantages: superb service, very honest staff, stunnig folding doors
Disadvantages: quite expensive

I wanted some folding doors for a some time, and discovered this company by watching the home show on channel 4's The Home Show' and finding Express Bi Folding Doors via their web site.
