Buy a new car online as easy as buying a CD

Advantages: Simple, open and honest, great pre-sales and after-sales teams.

Yes, I'd use them again

Advantages: Everything exactly as promised - actually better.
Disadvantages: None that I can think of.

Advantages: Significant cost savings
Disadvantages: Probably waited a little longer for delivery. This however was more than balanced by the cost saving

Totally let down by Buyacar - I will never use again

Advantages: Web site was easy to use and price offered was cheaper than anywhere else
Disadvantages: Misleading business practice, never got the car and very poor communication strategy
