If you don't mind being messed around...GR8 for a cheap holiday!

Advantages: good, cheap and easy
Disadvantages: bad customer service

About September time me and my friends decided we would embark on our first holiday together as just the girlies... We were all looking forward to it immensly but beofre we had even got there we had been messed about twice. Although I can't really complain each time they changed our hotel we got an upgrade, I mean we paid for a 2 * and got a 3 *, but we were still out of the way from all the clubs and the beach and it was a fair walk if you didn't ...
...it on the chin and when we got there we were dropped off in the middle of nowhere not knowing where to go...Literally not knowing where to go and at the age of 18 it was quite daunting. We ended up asking for a taxi number from one of the hotels colsest to us and realised we were a fifteen minute walk from our hotel with all our luggage in a country we didn't know the languague... Sunterra sounds great. The principle is great. You are told that in 2054, when the club is wound up, that you families will own land all over the world. The reps are told to tell you this because is 2054 they will not be here to answer the questions of why things did not happen the way you were told they would.
