Ordered couple of memory cards from these at start of November, they took my money 2 weeks later and said they despatched it and I got nothing. Used their complaints site 3 times and emailed them and go absolutely no replies back. According to their site Paul ... ...company who look like they are nicking peoples money and not sending goods. Check out the reviews especially those on price runner this has happened to loads & loads of people recently and thier accounts are overdue with company house for the last 2 quarters. Ever since October no ones been getting their stuff and yet the site is still working. Advantages: NONE Disadvantages: No customer service and unable to contact by any means. NO GOODS DELIVERED
On August 26th I ordered a Sandisk Ultra III card from the company as it was apparently in stock and at a reasonable price. I received an order confirmation and 2 days on I tried to use their order tracking system which did not recognise the number. I then tried the service telephone number only to find out that it did not take in coming calls. I have twice e mailed them and received no reply and have telephoned their registered domain address registrant ... ...somone would telephone me back, but no one did. The company number took me to ANPR (UK) whose status by companies house is "to be struck off". I have written to their postal address but I don't hold out much hope of receiving a reply
I feel this company should not be allowed to trade.

Do not use this retailer,no communication,unable to contact them,eventually decided to cancel my order.Hopefully they will acknowledge .Also tried to check them out , what a trail of discontinued addresses , phone numbers , broken links .Whish I had phoned as I normally do to check , a lesson to be learned.After reading other ciao reviews they are absolutely 100% correct and the reason I write this review.
Placed order on 5th Aug , only today the ... ...I receive an Email saying 'proceesing order' but still no mention of goods being despatched or when I could expect to receive the items.Looks like there is also a reverse transaction in my Paypal account so I guess they are happy to accept the cancellation as an easy way out of their obligations.DO NOT USE. ...

Ordered a 8GB M2 micro disc apparently in stock,
Never delivered, no responce to emails, very poor customer service, would never use this company again, stay clear, waste of over a month. Could not even work out from order confirmation which company I had ordered with so spent over half an our tracking down who vision retailing was, to find online memory and my order still awaiting allocation after over a month, if you can't supply the product then ... ...syetem seams a bit rediculus there really isn't my else much else to say. This is really a bad store with poor customer service and to ramble on for one hundred words seams a bit much steer clear.

Advantages: None Disadvantages: They Never deliver the goods you're paying for, and wont reply to emails!
"Online Memory" - I never have any problems with any sellers, whether on ebay or online shops. But as you can see- this has seller has caused a lot of trouble for a lot of fellow buyers. I ordered a 2GB Sandisk Premier Micro SD memorycard 4 weeks ago, and still havent received it. Written 3 emails, but no reply ... What can I say?: "Stay away from this trader!" #Now to round this off, since it it the First Time I use Ciao to give this kind of feedback, ... ...to write at least 120 words for Ciao to let you publish a rating!! Meaning these two last sentences are just rubbish to fill up so that I can post my message. # Stay away from Online Memory, or "vision-retailing" as they also call themselves. Hope you'll avoid the trouble i've had with them. Thank you. ...
