My surgery went wrong, I nearly lost the sight in my left eye. When they discovered the problem the next day they sent me to Bolton in a taxi for emergency surgery and got me to sign forms (no doubt disclaiming liability) while I couldn't see. The aftercare was shocking, including staff who have no clue what they are doing, them not recording what drops they have given to me, claiming I had 20/20 vision when my sight was still blurry in one eye, a nurse taking out bandage lenses too early as no surgeon was available - this set back my recovery and I had to have increased drops for a week. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company, as if something goes wrong they just don't care.
