I have been with Optical express for a number of years and the last 2 times I had severe problems with them. I gave them now a last chance and yes it was their last chance.
Wrong prescription ( slighly off) lenses wrongly cut and now I am waiting for weeks now for my glasses and
Yes we have sent them on Saturday ehhh Tuesday ehh sorry Wednesday and still not here
Paid £670 for top lenses
The time before the prescription was totally wrong the time before they were done wrongly
Now we have both in one pair. They are getting better at their mishaps
The next time I will go to the small corner shop again and see how they can help plus they can use the money too.And I cannot see them here being cheaper at £670 for a pair and a free pair
