Advantages: More useful than a Filofax and you can play games on it too
Disadvantages: Expensive to repair

...I have a Psion 3a with 2mb memory. This is comparable to the newer versions of the 3 except it is slower and doesn't have the notepad feature. I inherited my Psion and it was one of those things that I never knew I couldn't live without. Beforehand I had to store all my friends and families birthdays on bits of paper in my Filofax. Now I can just forget about the birthdays until I get an alarm two weeks before the due date, then all I have to do is remember to go out and get the card and present. I have a number of extra programs including chess, an organisation chart creator and some extra games, but even with all of them and the standard programs loaded I still have 1mb remaining to sort my life out in. Advantages: High processing speed with awesome 3D rendering.
Disadvantages: It heats up very frequently. So buy anything else like a Duron or Celeron.

Advantages: Small, compact and perfect
Disadvantages: Not microsoft(but is that so bad?)

...that lets you add more memeroy if you want it. A 32mb version of the Series Seven is also availible if your really worried. The manual has a funky youthful design. But is in fact very useful. It has alsorts of little tips and the layout makes it easy to find information. It also takes you right through all the functions of a Series Seven in an easy to understand way. Theres not much technical jargon and this makes it very user friendly. My final point is that the Series Seven also lets you program programs for it usigG OPL. An OPL manual is included on the Psiwin disk that comes with it so if you fancy trying to program your own games, or you can't find the perfetc piece of software you can have a go yourself. This also means that theres plenty of software avalible as freeware or shareware for Psions. All in all this is a great buy... Read review
