I've been using this powder for two and a half years and I have never had a single complaint about it. It tastes great, it mixes well - It does everything you need it to.

Since I started using Optimum Nutrition I feel like I've gone from zero to hero in the weight room. I have no doubt that a decent protein supplement is one of the most important staples in any bodybuilder's diet, from newbie to advanced bodybuilder.

Personally I have it about 5 mins after my workout which helps give me a boost. I honestly believe it works so well that I can actually feel my muscle tissue repairing after I drink it. The one thing I would say to any newbie's though is do NOT make it your only source of quality protein and amino acids. It is very important to eat good meals regularly.

My serving suggestions would be a scoop with your oatmeal / cereal in the morning, and a good shakers full (with water) after your workout.

And last but not least, It comes at a good price bearing in mind the quality of the product.
