I received this toothbrush as a gift from my husband for Christmas though I did actually ask him for it (you know what men are like for choosing something themselves!)
I'm always pretty conscious of keeping my teeth white and my breath minty fresh and this really seems to help! It's really made a dramatic difference to the colour of my teeth in the 5 days or so since Christmas.
The main reason for this is that I now know how long 2 minutes really is! I used to brush for what I thought was 2 minutes and in reality it was probably more like 1 minute.
Previous to this toothbrush I did use a different electric toothbrush, in fact have had about 6 in succession and would definitely never consider using a manual toothbrush again. I did use a manual for 3 weeks on my honeymoon and my teeth always felt kinda gross, not at all smooth, my breath was not as fresh, had a furry tongue etc.
But the Triumph has superceded any toothbrush I have ever had.
The toothbrush polishes your teeth leaving them feeling really smooth and really clean. It also massages your gums and teeth removing any plaque and leaving them feeling great. Be aware that there are different toothbrush heads available which are all different so make sure you chose one which suits your teeth/gums.
The toothbrush heads have the floss technology to help clean between the teeth (though it is not meant to replace flossing)
It has a LED indicator telling you the battery status and also it tells you if you've had your two minutes of brushing, and displays a smiley face on the display. It changes the smiley face if you get to 2 minutes 30 seconds too. It pulsates every 30 seconds to give you indication on how long you've been brushing for. The idea is you do the top left for 30 seconds, to right for 30 seconds, bottom left for 30 then bottom right for 30... a total of 2 minutes.
It comes with a docking station with a back compartment to store the additional toothbrush heads, also the rechargeable base can be integrated in to the docking station fairly easy once reading the instructions.
One disadvantage is that my husbands toothbrush (which is one of the other normal models) doesn't fit this charger so we now have to have 2 different chargers.
I would recommend this toothbrush to anyone who has had electric brushes before or someone who has decided to make the switch.
