An absolute must! |

I have been with Orange for about eight years, I never shop around for the best deals due to Orange insurance. I have had two replacement iPhones in the last year, both my fault with the first being water damaged and the second I dropped.
Each time they replaced although not very happy (but not at all rude) just warned me that I must take reasonable care.If you lose or have your phone stolen then you will probably have to pay a £15 admin fee as there will be no phone sent back (I believe this may be to stop you selling the phone for parts) I have had many many replacement phones over the years (as im so clumsy) And its quick and easy, they always arrive the next day with about three time slots (Morning, Afternoon and Evening) so you dont even have to stay in all day!
As long as theres Orange insurance, I will always shop with them.
