I was with Orange for 2 years then moved to another network. 18months later I receive a letter saying I owe orange money and unless it is paid I will be sent to a credit agency. After checking my bill there was a mistake on it regarding a refund. Orange's computer does not reconcile refunds against your bill so a refund looks like another bill so be careful and check your bill ! When trying to get this through to orange I was passed from department to department as know one could take responsibility, billing, not us, debt recovery not us, customer service not us ! How am I supposed to resolve this error if nobody wants to take responsibility ? At least the music when you are on hold isn't too bad

true, orange is shit. I ordered a phone on contract for free a week ago, now they are requesting £150 deposit for the phone which wil be refunded at the end of the 12 month contract - however I dont have this amount of money
Advantages: 5 Free Texts a Day, £5 free talk time, a free beach bag if you're lucky! Disadvantages: Used to cost £14.99 (one off-payment), now £19.99 a year,can't use them abroad
