I have been with orange for many years and have found them to be quite a good service provider.
I first pondered over the many different contracts that they had on offer, confusing myself in the process.
I finally opted for the pay as you go option as, at the time, I only really needed the phone for receiving calls for work and this worked out to be the cheapest option.
Over the years I have stuck with pay as you go, more because of trust and reliability than cost, simply changing my telephone and upgrading my SIM to keep up with the times.

You can simply add credit to your phone by:
A~) Pay point, found at most shops
B~) Vouchers, bought at most shops
Or C~) Cash machines, top up from your bank account.

**IN CONCLUSION**

{NOTE: I am only writing about PAYG and NOT contract}

Orange is a great mobile telephony provider and offers various deals to try and cater for everyone.
I have never had any real problems apart from sometimes not being able to achieve a good signal in very rural areas, (although most providers can not guarantee a perfect reception 24/7).
It is a simple to use system and offers a wide selection of handsets to choose from, (as do most providers)

Orange PAYG allows you to be flexible, you can change from one option to another by simply calling customer services, (although this can be a little frustrating if the lines are busy. I find that calling during the mornings and around mid day are their busiest times).
OR.. Swap and change by opening an on-line account at www.orange.co.uk, from here you can add credit, check your balance, basically check every detail about your account, ( you can also order a code for unblocking your phone if you accidentally lock yourself out of your handset…this I have had to use a few times….)

In all, orange may not be the cheapest of mobile phone operators but it certainly does what is says on the tin. It allows me to communicate with people all around the world and when I have had problems the customer services have dealt with any issues promptly and professionally

I have been with Orange for years, On payg - £30 per mth gives me unlimited text messages, free evening and weekend calls to other orange users and £10 of internet use a mth. I am happy with them and plan to stay with them for the time being.

Me, my husband and daughter r all on orange, me being a loyal customer since I had my old Nokia brick about 10 years ago!! The last year I have had nothing but problems and the customer service is terrible. They cant understand anything I say and are totally unhelpful. U get charged for being put thru then the phone goes dead and eventually when someone answered THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!!!! How rude!! Eventually spoke to a manager after the advisor said he couldnt help me (£10 credit disappeared off my daughters phone when I swapped her number) and he was about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. Brill company if you have no problems and dont have to phone customer services. Oh, they did eventually help when I asked them to cancel all 3 accounts.... xx
