I would not recommend this camera to a newcomer to the photography market, a professional could possibly get the best out of a camera like this, knowing what settings and dimensions are needed for particular photos. But the camera has little leeway or automatic capability....

...I am a proud owner of two Oregon products, and both of which I am pleased to own.
Purchase number one was a projection clock! Now despite it’s rather ‘different’ title, the projection clock is a must have. How many times have you woken in the middle off the night, wanting to check the time? Holding the clock in all different angles trying to catch a little light to reflect on the face of the clock so you can view the time? I always wake up every night, and always want to know what time it is. Mainly to see whether it’s worth going back to sleep! Imagine my delight when I found this product. Now all I do have to do is press a button and the time is displayed in either AM/PM mode on the ceiling in good clear type. The clock retails at around £25 or so, and is an excellent buy!

I dabble in Web design and needed a relatively inexpensive camera which could take high quality pics - after months of shopping around I settled on the OregonDS9300 and am 100% satisfied with this fabulous little camera. I purchased this model through Internetcamerasdirect.co.uk for £148 inc VAT and also received free software, mini tripod, 20 digital prints and free next day delivery.
This digital stills camera is lightweight at 138g (without batteries and SD card) and relatively compact at 101.5 x 55 x 36.8mm. It has many advanced photographic features (listed below) and can be used to take ranging quality stills and short videos.
