Advantages: Useful, simple to use. Disadvantages: a bit big, not that good quality, "eats up" batteries.

This camera is quite bulky, but it shows the "robustness", as I have dropped mine twice, and it is still performing to a high ... ...the size, and because of this your hand may be very jerky when taking still life photos, and they may be blurry, so two hands would be useful.
The photo quality is top notch for 2 Megapixels, as long as you steady your hand.

This camera is quite bulky, but it shows the "robustness", as I have dropped mine twice, and it is still performing to a high standard. The camera is quite heavy as a result of the size, and because of this your hand may be very jerky when taking still life photos, and they may be blurry, so two hands would be useful.

The camera's play mode is very good, but is very slow to respond to your commands, and the video play mode is quite temperamental.
The problem with all this quality, is that it practically swallows up batteries. Just when you start to get into "the groove" , a warning flashes up on the screen- "Out of Battery", and the camera shuts off.
I recomend this camera as it is very wasy to use, but this is no real pro camera.
This is a decent starting camera for somebody that has never had one or for older kids to mess with. The picture quality isn't brilliant being only a 2.3 mega pixel. There is a digital zoom but no optical zoom but again this is satisfactory if you don't need an optical zoom. There is enough memory to hold about 63 pictures in medium quality but there is also a memory card slot so it has potential for a lot more. There are some features but not many ...
