I wanted a small camera to take with me all the time when travelling for spontaneous shots and this seemed perfect. And for £30 it was a good deal as well.
Upsides: Fits in my wallet with no problems if you leave the flash module at home. In fact the manual is bigger then the camera. Great for quick shots as it is ready to take a shot as soon as you flick the on switch.
Downsides: There is no LCD screen, so you have to rely on the view finder. You can also only delete the previous picture or everything. If you have glasses the view finder does not always match the photo if you are in a rush so take the time to centre the shot properly. Also there are some camera shake problems with low light shots as you would expect with such a small lens. Your need two hands and a few seconds to get a steady shot. There is also no lens cover so I'm sure it would become scratched quite easily if you are not careful with it. No zoom so for close work only.
Overall: Great at what I wanted it for, to take shots of drucken people and to email them around later. Not for anything you would want a print from. Overpriced at the regular price of £80, great value at £30.
Edit: I though the tech specs were on the front page but obviously not. It is 1.3 megapixels, VGA or SVGA, 16MB internal memory (21 shots on max size), expandable with SD cards. F=3.2, f=6.87mm (equiv 47mm on 35mm camera), fixed focus 60cm-infinity.
