Advantages Advantages A good finger food

Disadvantages Disadvantages The shape makes them awkward to eat

These crisps are part of the Organix range which I quite like. They have a 'No junk' policy which means that they only include essential ingredients without adding all of the additives, preservatives, colourings and more. You can buy the imdividually or in a multipacks. They cost around 40p for an individual bag and £1.30 for a bag of 6. The crisps are suppose to resemble fresh carrot sticks so they are long and thin. They look a lot like Chip Sticks except they are mostly orange in colour with the odd area that is beige because it hasn't been covered by the carrot powder. I'm not as keen on ... more

Advantages Advantages Healthy, tasty, good value

Disadvantages Disadvantages Orange colour is hard to get out of bibs

I was recently browsing the baby food aisle looking for suitable foods for my 9 month old son. He is dairy intolerant so I spend a lot of time looking at labels to check the ingredients. However I was drawn to these Organix Finger Foods Organic Crunchy Sticks Carrot, I was attracted by the very bright orange packaging. I decided to investigate further. The Crunchy Carrot Sticks are suitable for children from around 7 months. Organix have a "no junk" promise, meaning they have no added salt or sugar, are gluten free and are organically grown. I had to check the back of the pack to make sure ... more

Advantages Advantages Handy size to take out

Disadvantages Disadvantages Mushy hands - but that's normal!

My little one has developed a taste for crisps, particularly Wotsits! Decided to have a hunt in my local Tesco to see what healthier alternatives are on offer for the munchkins. The only brand of products I could find that made me think I'd be buying something healthy was Organix. That may be partly labelling, but I'm pretty sure that rules now state that companies aren't allowed to claim something unless its true, and these statements are rigorously checked. The packaging is bright, eye catching and descriptive. The product is aimed at 7 months plus, and its called Finger Foods. We've tried a ... more
