My youngest son has just got his first 2 teeth so I have decided to start introduing finger food to him. Upon looking in my local supermarket I came accross this product.
Organic Crunchy Sticks come in a nice bright orange bag with an outline of a babies head and hands holding one of the crisps and there is a green flash accoss the top with the logo on.This actual porduct is a baked corn snack which has been coated with carrot.

SUITABILITY
Organix recommend this product be introduced from 7 months. It also suggests that this aids your childs hand to mouth co-ordination. I personally waited until my son had his teeth coming through so he did have something to chew these with.PRICE AND AVAILABLITY
I got my packet from my local Sainsburys for 48p per bag. This is a little steep for one packet of crisps but the thing that swayed me to buy them was the fact that there is no muck in them.I would say that they are available in other good supermarkets and the price may be a bit cheaper so do shop around if you can.
MY OPINIONOn first seeing the contents it resembled a very large wotsit in shape and texture. It is large enough for even the smallest hand to pick up and hold with ease.
My son has taken a liking to the flavour and I think he more enjoys the fact that he is feeding himself.Upon tasting a crisp for myself I found that there is actually a carrot flavour to it. It is a nice light taste and not too overpowering.
I would highly recommend this product for any child of around 7 months of age as a great tasty treat to aid the feeding themselves process. If you would like more information about this or any of the Organix products please log on to www.organix.com

My son loves these although he can now eat normal crisps. Prefer these are they are healthier(well than normal crisps anyway).
