Terrible Service!!!

Advantages: Good Prices
Disadvantages: Dreadful serivce if things go wrong

I have used Thomann many times over the recent years and have raved about their service. Sadly things, for whatever reason, seem to be going badly wrong at Thomann. My last experience last month was absolutely awful. I made an order which took over 6 weeks to complete. I did not receive any update e-mails on the progress and had to chase up. The largest part of the order was held until the arrival of two bulbs from thir supplier before they dispatched ...
...was enclosed and that one was smashed. It was obvious the damage was not caused in transit but had been packed broken. The in-tact packaging made this obvious. A long e-mail outlining my complaint took several days to be replied to, which when it finally came read: Hello, thank you for your mail. We are sorry to hear that a problem occured. tax the easy way

Advantages: quick no waiting in queues

...must say though that the DVLA have got onto a good idea here, renewing online.....YES, no more standing in the dreaded post office queue for an hour at the same time as everyone else getting their tax. The website itself was very easy to navigate : www.direct.gov.uk/taxdisc takes you straight to where you need to be. You enter the reference number in and hayho your details come up. You confirm your car details are correct then it proceeds to check if you have a valid MOT and insurance which only takes literally a few seconds. Then the worst part comes....Payment. ...

Oven delivery

Advantages: Clear communication throughout the process, fantastic service in my opinion
Disadvantages: Would have been helpful to know no electricity cable was supplied with new oven.

I ordered an oven on the telephone to be delivered asap - which happened to be the folloiwing Sat, was told they would call to give me a 4 hour time slot for delivery by phone on the Friday. Automated phone call recieved giving me 7 - 11am timeslot. Excellent. Saturday morning, said oven arrived the guys removed the packaging we inspected the oven and signed off the paperwork. Littlewoods Clearance

Advantages: Some amazing prices on top quality products

Argos really got it right!
