Put together the Ninky Nonk!
Review of Hasbro In the Night Garden Ninky Nonk Train Set by sophosthegreat

Advantages: Colourful replica of the cheeky TV train
Disadvantages: Does not join together or stay joined as one train

In the Night Garden is a colourful CBBC program which my little 2yr old brother watches avidly every night before bedtime. Among the various characters is this cheeky little train the Ninky Nonk. It rushes around crazily with ringing bells and flashing lights and the other characters ride in it. As it is one of the noisiest, fastest and colourful characters In the Night Garden, it was the only toy my brother wanted this Christmas so I duly paid ...
...It was sold out in my local Boots in November! The Ninky Nonk features 3 plastic carriages on wheels which in the TV series the characters ride in, including Makka Pakka, Iggle Piggle, Upsy Daisy and sometimes the Whattingers if they manage to catch the Nink-Nonk! Unfortunately this Ninky Nonk train seemed a little small for the price paid for it, it is much smaller for example than a Thomas the Tank Engine train and each carriage is not much bigger ... Draw Me A Picture Jack
Review of Tomy Colour Aquadraw by newby2

Advantages: no mess
Disadvantages: masterpieces lost forever

Tomy Rainbow Aquadraw….. This was one present Jack received for his first birthday and it is used by him most days. Although the age range is from 18 months (and he is not quite that old yet) he gets on with using it very well. The Rainbow Aquadraw itself is a large white mat with a decorative border that when water is used to draw on it shows different colours where the water has been. This product differs slightly from the original Aquadraw because ...
...only a blue colour. The Aquadraw comes with 2 water refill pens that are very chunky meaning they are easy to hold, three stamps that you can attach to the pens (making it easier to stamp) that have pictures of raindrops, a cloud and a star on and also included was a chunky paintbrush with water pot. All of the tools that came with the Rainbow Aquadraw are designed especially for use by young children. They are chunky, easy to use and hardwearing. ... Read review

Pack Away Play with Pooh
Review of Worlds Apart Winnie the Pooh Stack Storage by DKtheDJ

Advantages: Adds some colour to your storage
Disadvantages: Not overly durable as made from fabric

With a new daughter and loads of toys I needed some basic storage to put them all in and I found these storage boxes in Tesco at £20. They come compacted but putting them together is simplicity itself.... fold out the box sides, place the square base in the bottom, put the lid on the top and hey presto. As you can see from the picture there are three boxes - a yellow one with Eyeore, a blue one with Pooh and a green one with Tigger The beauty ...
...they can be kept in a variety of ways - stacked one on top of the other or each of them on the floor singly. Attached to either sides of each box is a little bee which has velcro wings. These wings either grip the lid onto the box or grip to the sides of the box being placed on top to add a little stability. There is a lift-up flap at the front of each box which covers a hole through which your little one can put in or take out the toy of their choice ... Read review

Noddy First Track Set
Review of My First Noddy Track Set by watso75

Advantages: Durable, Chunky pieces
Disadvantages: Uses lots of batteries, easy to dismantle

...this noddy track set for my daughter last christmas, she was 18 months old and loves playing with cars and tracks. The conept was a good one but i think the set is a little boring for a child of 18 months to 2 years. The pieces are chunky and easy to get hold of, especially when your child gets bored with it and decided to pull it apart. The set comes with a noddy car, mr plod noddy, lamposts traffic lights and road signs. All of which do nothing ...
...to amber and green. My daughers inital reaction of a car moving around the track itself kept her occupied for a short priod of time, she then enjoyed removing noddy and putting mr plod in the car but soo got bored of this. Once the novelty factor has worn off then i dont think that there is much enjoyment to be had from the rest of the track. It has just become another one of those toys that comes out of the box for 5 minutes and then gets put ... Read review

Whole Little World.
Review of Fisher Price World Of Little People Fun Park by Bens__mummy

Advantages: Great fun for kids.
Disadvantages: Bits Can Get Lost. Batteries.

...my kids have in the Fisher Price Little People range. As I have said before in other reviews that I have done on the Fisher Price range these are great and my kids love them. Though the only downfall with being the one set you will go back and buy more. Believe me most kids love them and the fun never stops. ~~ What is the world of the little people ? ~~ Well for anyone that does not have kids or just have not seen these sets, then where have you ...
...Fisher Price they are all individual play sets. Each set has something different about it weather it be the noises the sounds or the music. Each set you will get 2 or 3 little people figures that can be mixed and match with the different sets that are all available through most good toy shop and Argos. With each set you will get a 3 piece train with the train set, 2 cars with this garage and the doll house a load of furniture plus extras. As you ... Read review
