Fun for all the order, I mean family
Review of Hasbro Star Wars Jedi Lightsaber by sirmitchalot

Advantages: Better than using invisible ones
Disadvantages: You can look silly (especially adults),

...similar to the £7.99 offical Hasbro version, but like most cheaper clones, it has no colour. I have to say though, I do prefer the handle to the large Hasbro version. Colours Ever wondered why lightsabres come in so many different colours (no, it's not because of the mood they are in). Why lightsabres are blue- Blue lightsabres are blue, because they only have one Jedi crystal inside. Jedi crystals are what a lightsabre's power comes from, besides ...
...green-Green lightsabres have 3 crystals in them, which means the lightsabre beam can be adjusted to thinner, longer, shorter or fatter. Why lightsabres are red-Now only bad guys/siths are supposed to wield red lightsabres(which you've probably guessed already), as their Jedi crystals are formed with hatred, which is why they are red (I wonder if your really bad, can they go black?) Why lightsabres are orange/yellow-To be honest I don't really know. ... Read review

Overpriced and poor quality
Review of Mattel Polly Pocket Polly Wheels RaceTo The Mall by gunner_mel

Advantages: Good design
Disadvantages: Poor quality, difficult set-up, overpriced

I purchased the toy for my 6-year-old daughter. She already has the Polly Pocket funfair and I think that it is a great toy and had expected the same of the Wheels Race to the Mall. Unfortunately, the quality does not stand up to it. The race track is very hard to assemble. It took two adults and two children 1 hour to figure out where goes what although we followed the step-by-step description. Now, we used the toy not even two months and the paint ...
...of the release buttons is completely jammed and can only be loosened up with a thin sharp object lifting it back to its original position. You might argue that the buttons must have been hit too hard and it therefore jammed but the buttons have to be hit very, very hard to release the two cars. The design looks great with the loop and the bends. I also love the battery operated "car escalator" that looks a bit like one on a roller coaster. All in ... Read review

Dinoco Helicopter
Review of Mattel Disney Cars Dinoco Helicopter by charlotte_thomas

Advantages: good quality, durable, popular range
Disadvantages: none

The Disney Cars Dinoco Helicopter is part of the Disney Cars range and is made by Mattel. It retails at £20 from the disney shop but is often cheaper on the high street and internet, around £15. It comes part boxed so that the kids can mess with it on the shelf in the shops! It was given to my four year old son as a gift and comes with a truck inside. The truck is the Mater character, a tow truck. At the end of the film Mater gets to ride in the ...
...The main feature is the little grey button at the side of the helicopter door, when this is pushed the door flips down and Mater drops out saying phrases from the film. It doesn't sound like much but to a car mad four year old it's pretty good fun! The helicopter is a good size for the price, its about 30cm long by 15cm high. The propellors seemed a bit flimsy at first glance but they are actually quite durable and not sharp, making the toy safe. ... Read review
