I thought that this set was really good, as it came with everything you need to get going with scalextric! The cars where really fast and they are also "impact resistant", so they take all of the crashes that are bound to happen! I think that it is probably one of the best sets that you can buy, as it is relativevly cheap, and the cars themselves are worth about £20 each so then you get loads of track for a small cost! i dont rate this product much. I brought it for our 8 year old as he really likes the transformers but after playing with it twice the bottom of the cars came off. Not just the plastic bits but the small metal type parts that make the cars run along the tracks. This was awful as not only did it upset our boy but it is also dangerous.
