I've used overclock a few times, normally the items I purchase are slightly more expensive but it's worth it, they bend over backwards to please their customers. A few examples: I ordered a water cooling kit, the courier company managed to mislay the parcel, overclock resent a replacement the day I queried it and footed the bill themselves to send it Royal Mail Special Delivery I ordered a Chieftec case, lost a couple of the drive rails when I moved house, they offered to send me more free of charge. I ordered a new motherboard from Overclock.co.uk. They had trouble taking payment and I had to exchange several emails with them before the item was dispatched. Their courier left the item under my doormat in the middle of the day, even though I live in Central London! The motherboard malfunctioned from the word go, and after much testing, I sent it back for a refund. I think their response says it all: "hiwe have received thisitem back however the cpu socket has bent pins which would have caused this issue and void the warranty as per our terms and conditions and per manufacturer guide lines ... more
