Probably the best Ultima game
Advantages: Large, free roaming, lots to do, classic RPG Disadvantages: Getting old now, won't run on some modern platforms
Ultima 7, in my opinion, was the best of all Ultima games. I played it through 7 or 8 times, and found every little secret, and every bug, and every weird like thing I could.
The game starts with the Avatar (you) returning to Britannia, and finding yourself in the city of Trinsic with your companion Iolo, investigating the ritualistic murder of a local man. This is where you find out about the Fellowship, a organisation apparently commited to spreading ... ...However, all is not as it seems, and you soon find out there is a much more powerful and evil force behind everything. What makes this game stand out from previous Ultimas, and many of the RPG's of its time is the detail in the game world. You can make flour, which you can use to bake bread, to sell to the local baker. You can carry pumpkins from one place to another to make change. You can sneak through dungeons past dragons using invisibilty spells. ...

Ultima 8 - Pagan, by CW666
Advantages: Fun to play, doesn't take much memory. Disadvantages: Crashes occasionally and doesn't load sometimes.
...the beginning of the great Ultima 8. The Guardians voice sounds a bit corny, but as it was made in 1994 you can forgive it.
I got this game in the Ultima:Compendium and loaded it stragiht away. The graphics seemed a bit old but the gameplay of it was excellent. There are a lot of sub-quests in this game which are fun to play.
The story so far:
You were plucked from Earth long ago and brought to the magical land of Brittania. There you fought evil ... ...to evil Cults. One of your opponents was called the Guardian this being was a great evil thing that commanded its minions to attack you on sight. You were grabbed by the Guardian and were deposited in Pagan, a world dominated by the forces of evil. There you have to find your way back to Brittania and Earth, conquering the four elemental magics along the way.
I won't say anymore because that would give away the game. One thing I will say though. ...

Want to have a go at being God?
Advantages: Fantastic game, a chance to play God(!), create your own sims Disadvantages: Shops don't sell it anymore, disc doesn't last very long compared to other computer games
...a CD rom. It was the first CD rom I had ever been given and as you can imagine because I had never been on a computer before I had no idea how to play on it. The game she gave me was The Sims. I was really excited to get it up and running on our new computer and begin playing on it.
My dad helped me to install it onto the computer, which took us about two hours. Once it was installed on I began playing on it and picked up how to do it quickly and ... ...*Design Their Homes (you design the layout and what their house looks like, then you can add in furniture etc)
*Run, or Ruin Their Lives (you choose when they eat, sleep, who their friends, lovers and enemies are, what job they have, how they spend their free time etc)
I fast became addicted to this new and exciting game, I was always playing on it, creating new sims and homes everyday. I discovered new cheats about how to get more money etc. I ...

Passing the days away with Evony.
Advantages: pretty easy to get the grips with, online, multiplayer good way to chat Disadvantages: you need to spend money to enhance gameplay

Who Can Play?
Well, despite the advertisements (usually pretty women looking a bit sexy in their tight clothing) it is suitable for males and females. ... ...similiar (sort of - not exactly) to games like World of Warcraft - or other war-based, alliance-making strategy games. I'd say 12 plus because of the advertisements and I'm not far enough in the game myself to know what it includes.
Is it really Free?
Yes and No. To get the basic feel of the game you do not have to spend any money at all, you can earn game Cents by doing quests and gaining items on a wheel of fortune however - this means that ...
