It's so good, you'll get withdrawls
Advantages: Fun, Easy to pick up, Massive amounts of replayability Disadvantages: You won't want to stop playing, Takes a large amount of time to get to the end
Quite simply put, this game is a masterpiece. If you've been playing video games for any appreciable amount of time, you'll know that Blizzard has one of the best track records in the industry. From Warcraft, to Starcraft, to the phenomenally successful Diablo franchise, Blizzard puts their all into each effort. With WoW (the acronym most players prefer) they really have outdone themselves. You'l first notice that the game looks fantastic even if ... ...or some of the other next-gen games out there. However, unlike those graphic-powerhouses, WoW will run on a wide range of systems so if you have a decent system, you'll probably be fine. However, the graphics are noticeably better on a higher end system. Anyways, onto actual gameplay. Character creation is a breeze and as soon as you step foot into Azeroth, you'll immediately know what to do. Blizzard's made the game intuitive and easy enough (at ...

A good idea, poorly executed.
Advantages: Great concept, stunning graphics, amazing atmosphere, good score. Disadvantages: Unrealistic combat, VAT system poorly executed, little variation in graphical themes.
Fallout 1 and 2, both of which were turn-based tactical RPGs, of similar style to the Jagged Alliance and X-com games of around the same era were more than ideal for a format overhaul. However, the way in which this game was put together was less than perfect. A first OR third person shoot-em-up, this game is basically a remake of Fallout 2, as far as the story goes, with vault-dwellers, radiation mutants etc. Not terrible in itself, as the plot ... ...and some truly fantastic atmosphere, not to be sniffed at, these guys know how to make good atmosphere, just look at Bioshock! My main problem with this game was the VAT system, present in a different capacity in the game's predecessors. It allowed the player to target a particular part of the enemy. (obviously pausing the game in the mean time,) whilst zooming out and showing your (easily customizable) character fire at the enemy. This is a great ...

Two Worlds
Advantages: Flexible character development and vast exploration area Disadvantages: Mounted ride control is horrible
...the end one of the Two Worlds will remain.
Gameplay :
The gameplay of Two Worlds is a real-time action in a fully three dimensional landscape. Whack the enemy, pick up objects, etc happen in real time, so players may beaten up by the enemies while thinking what armor should I equip and such :-)
Similar to Oblivion and Gothic 3, the gameplay is non-linear. The player is free to explore the game world, accepting side quests at will. However, there ... ...There are various creatures in Two Worlds. Unlike other CRPGs with wilderness areas, enemies will not respawn, although most areas are densely populated.
Beyond the main quest there is no set storyline to follow, the player is free to choose to complete the quests of his liking, and explore at will. The player may choose to act as a righteous hero and be honored amongst the population, or devilishly evil and feared, through reputation gained by ...

Drak Messiah, all the swords and magic you dreamed of
Advantages: Never ending action and choices Disadvantages: Can be difficult and frustrating
I really loved this game even before I played it, just the thought of decapitating orcs or slaying cyclops. This game comes from the famous Of might and magic series but with a series difference, action blood heads and more action. Other than an excellent story thats been told before and is in essence a real legend this game give the old school sword and shield fanatics exactly what the want. Although when first released this game was buggy that ... ...paths although you don't need to follow any, I would advise you to foll ow one at a time, that is if you feel like living for very long, warrior basic sword and shield brute, mage fireball lightning everything you ever wanted and assassin bow and daggers in the back, these classes really change how you change the game so you can play through countless times and that includes all the different story choices you have, the very sexy Xana or the sweet ...
